Why nuube ships MVPs in weeks, not quarters

We built nuube around one belief. Founders don't need more meetings about their MVP. They need the MVP.

That sounds obvious until you've sat through the alternative. A founder spends six weeks in discovery calls with a dev shop, gets a 40-page requirements document, and still doesn't have a number they can plan a runway around. Or they hire a freelancer who's great until week four, when "great" turns out to have meant "available," not "going to finish this." Or they try to build it themselves on nights and weekends and the MVP becomes the thing that's always three weeks from done.

None of those are stupid choices. They're what happens when "build my MVP" doesn't come with a way to tell, upfront, whether the person you're hiring actually knows how to ship. So that's what we built nuube to fix: fixed scope, fixed price, one accountable engineer, and a timeline measured in weeks because the scope was small enough to actually finish in weeks.

This blog is where we write about the parts of that process founders don't usually get to see — how to scope something a dev team can actually quote, what questions separate a real partner from a sales pitch, and, when we have one, what an actual engagement looked like from spec to shipped.

Not sure where this leaves your own product?

A Forecast engagement turns an unscoped idea into a clickable prototype, a technical plan, and a fixed quote — before you commit to anything bigger.
