1. Services

Nuube provides fixed-scope software development services as described on our Services page. Each engagement's scope, price, and timeline are confirmed at time of purchase.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time tiers are billed in full or as a deposit plus milestone payments as specified at checkout; the Iteration Retainer is billed monthly in advance.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the custom code delivered as part of your engagement. Nuube retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or internal libraries used to deliver it.

4. Limitation of liability

Nuube's total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement.
